In order to preserve, maintain, and improve the neighborhood, annual dues are collected. These funds help to fund taxes to ensure our beaches remain private, Porta-John rentals, family fun days, and maintenance and beautification projects (i.e. entrance way at Gull Lane commencing summer 2016), etc. Without the residents continued support, these endeavors would not be possible.

Benefits of Membership:

Beyond contributing to the beauty and safety of the neighborhood and beaches, all members of good standing are welcome to use function tables, chairs, grill, and outdoor canopies for personal use. Please contact any of the board members at least 48 hours in advance for access.

While beach rights are deeded to the properties, dues also help to maintain beaches and the private boat ramp, as well as keep them a private entity for West Wind Shores residents.

Beach Tee Towels will be distributed to all paid members of the association. When you use the beach this year, please clip your tee towel onto your chair to display your membership proudly.

Annual Dues – $60 ($50 for persons 65 or older), boat key deposit $5 per year ($10 for new key)
